Respite Care
Boandik offers high-quality respite care designed to provide support for seniors and a well-deserved break for their regular care giver (often a family member).
Subject to room availability, we provide short-term stays of up to 4 weeks, primarily for those looking to transition into permanent care, or for convalescent recovery following a hospital stay.

Our short-term respite is offered at the discretion of Residential Services and based on care needs and current vacancy levels at the time of your enquiry.
As a service to the community, Boandik offer one respite room at Kessal, Lake Terrace that can be pre-booked in advance. This allows a person to receive respite care while a spouse, carer or family member is absent.
