Volunteering and Boandik

Boandik is built on the belief that we can improve the lives of older Australians and in doing so, improve the well-being of the wider community. Volunteers are an integral part of who we are.

Our volunteer motto, ‘What you do matters,’ is at the heart of everything we do and is embodied in the meaningful work our volunteers contribute every day. From our Lifestyle support volunteers through to our drivers, each volunteer helps in profound ways.

Why not consider joining us as a volunteer and be part of the change today. You would be joining our team of incredible volunteers around Mount Gambier who give their time to serve and transform lives.

While each volunteer’s motivation may differ, they all share a sense of fulfillment from their contributions, the opportunity to meet inspiring people, and the chance to form lasting friendships. Volunteering at Boandik is a rewarding experience that allows you to positively impact the lives of our residents and clients.

We recognise the invaluable contribution of volunteers who generously invest their time, knowledge, and companionship. As a volunteer at Boandik, individuals not only have the chance to make a positive impact but also embark on a fulfilling journey that extends far beyond the boundaries of routine care.

Life is in the moments. Be part of creating moments that matter; for yourself and others.
