You have the opportunity to join a cohesive team in this progressive organisation. The position is full-time based in the corporate office in Mount Gambier working with support of the Chief Operating Officer.
Responsibilities will include:-
Preparation of monthly financials and annual financial reports
Oversee Debtors, Creditors and Payroll
Compliance with Aged Care Financial Report requirements for Residential Aged Care & Home Care Programs
Communicate with managers and external agencies including auditors
Provide financial analysis and advice Focus on continuous improvement of processes, systems and reporting
We are seeking a person who has:-
Tertiary qualifications in commerce, finance or equivalent
Membership of CPA or ICAA (or working towards)
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Financial reporting, budgeting and analytical skills
Desire to work in not for profit sector

Administration assistant / reliever
An opportunity exists to join the cohesive administration team at Boandik. The position is to provide administrative relief for the positions of receptionist, roster officer, accounts payable, human resource officer, as well as relief for various management team positions across all Boandik services.
Applicants require the following experience and skills:
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
A broad range of administrative experience including payroll and accounts
Experience with use of Microsoft office products and in particular word processing and spreadsheets
Work effectively in a team
This is a casual position, weekly hours will vary dependent on leave being taken. Full time work will be required at times.
