The Board of Directors is the governing body of Boandik. The board comprises of one member elected by staff and ten members elected from the community. The board is a cohesive team with each member contributing from their own skills and experience. The ten non-representative members serve for 2 years, with 5 positions vacant each year. The staff representative is elected annually.

Day to day management of Boandik is in the hands of the executive team:- Chief executive officer, Executive residential manager, Executive community manager and Chief operating officer. The executive team have an open door policy and welcome clients, representatives, staff and volunteers at all times, no appointment is necessary.
